3. Membership and Payment

Payment: You authorize InCrowd10X to charge your payment method for any fees associated with your use of the Services.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content, tools, and materials provided through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, and logos, are the intellectual property of InCrowd10X or its licensors.
License: InCrowd10X grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for your personal or business use as permitted by these Terms.

License to InCrowd10X: By submitting content, you grant InCrowd10X a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing the Services.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you create and upload, ensuring it does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
7. Termination
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
By InCrowd10X: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Any outstanding fees will remain due.
8. Disclaimers
As-Is Basis: The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
No Guarantee: InCrowd10X does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InCrowd10X will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to InCrowd10X in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InCrowd10X, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to Terms
InCrowd10X reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
